At Under the Magnolia, we strive to make customer service our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right!
Please inspect your order as soon as you get it. If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of delivery. If you received a wrong item or an incomplete item, please contact our customer service team so we can get your order fixed immediately.
Rules and Procedures for Returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will allow us to receive your returned item within the 30 day window.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
